Elder Emem Udom, the member representing Ukanafun State Constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, has officially announced his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
After extensive consultations with the people of his constituency, Hon. Udom declared his commitment to supporting the ARISE agenda of Governor Umo Eno and the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In his resignation letter addressed to the PDP Ward Chairman of INEC Ward 8 and AKISIEK Ward 10, Hon. Udom expressed gratitude for the platform the PDP offered him to serve. He stated:

At this defining moment, let me officially bring to your notice that I have consulted widely and resolved to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).”
